Minor
One isolated incident, limited in scope, supported by credible sources. No pattern of behavior. May include a public retraction or apology.
Concerning
Multiple verified incidents, or a single serious incident without retraction. A pattern may be emerging.
Serious
Substantial, well-documented conduct across multiple incidents or over a sustained period. Active or ongoing involvement.
Severe
Extensive and confirmed involvement in extremism, hate, abuse, or other serious harm. No credible retraction or change of position.
