| 2010, 2025 | Prosecutors in Bordeaux, France, reopened an investigation in early July into possible acts of intentional violence committed by Bertrand Cantat against his wife, Krisztina Rady, who died by suicide in 2010. This reopening was motivated by the Netflix documentary series From Rock Star To Killer, which featured new testimonies and abuse allegations. Six months before her death, Rády left a frantic telephone message for her parents expressing fear for her life and stating she was suffering from psychological and physical violence. | Source |
