| 2023 | A woman identified as Jane Doe filed a civil lawsuit alleging that Tommy Lee sexually assaulted her during a 2003 helicopter flight, including allegations of forced kissing, groping, digital penetration and an attempted forced sex act. Lee denied the allegations. The lawsuit was dismissed in 2024 after the judge found that the complaint failed to establish the statutory cover-up requirement needed to revive the time-barred claim; the plaintiff subsequently voluntarily dismissed the case without prejudice.
