2025 Fafara's management company, The Oracle Management, is a defendant in an ongoing lawsuit brought by six former Cradle of Filth members alleging, among other things, unpaid royalties, copyright infringement, misappropriation of likeness, unjust enrichment and defamation. Earlier departing members also alleged a threatening working environment and low pay. The allegations are disputed and have not been adjudicated. Source
