| 2017 | Former vocalist Alice Glass accused Ethan Kath (real name Claudio Palmieri) of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse during their time together in Crystal Castles. Kath denied the allegations, calling them “pure fiction” and stating that he never abused Glass. Glass has stood by her account. Kath later sued Glass for defamation; the lawsuit was dismissed.
