When Description Source
2009, 2028 In 2018, public exposure of a 2009 child pornography investigation involving Inquisition frontman Jason "Dagon" Weirbach led to severe industry backlash. Although Dagon maintained his innocence through a misdemeanor plea bargain, the revelation caused the black metal band to be kicked off a tour with Satyricon and immediately dropped by their record label, Season of Mist. While the prosecution agreed to drop the specific felony child pornography charges in exchange for his guilty plea, the underlying police investigation did establish that he possessed the material and attempted to destroy the evidence. Dagon had an electronic side project called 88mm, which is explicit nazi stuff. Source
