| Since 2015 | In 2015, a girl who was six years old alleged that Jacky Terrasson raped her while she accompanied her musician father on tour. Medical professionals reported her account to authorities in March 2025, and she filed a formal complaint in September 2025. On June 17, 2026, an investigating judge formally placed Terrasson under investigation (mis en examen) for alleged sexual assault of a minor. For the separate legal classification of rape of a minor under 15, involving the same child, he was placed under the less advanced status of témoin assisté.
